999gd Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "999gd", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 999gd platform, accessible at https://999gd.io, and the entity operating it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 999gd platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Player on the 999gd platform through which deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay are conducted.
• "Platform" refers to the 999gd website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any software or tools made available through https://999gd.io.
• "Funds" refers to real money deposited into a Player's Account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-withdrawable promotional credits credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time by 999gd.

By accessing or using the 999gd platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 999gd platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 999gd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

Access to and use of the 999gd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 999gd enforces a strict minimum age policy and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion arrangement, or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit you from gambling on an online platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such individual associated with 999gd or any of its affiliated game providers.

999gd makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your country or region of residence.

To access the full range of services offered on the 999gd platform, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the 999gd platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Account Verification (KYC): 999gd reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification alongside proof of address.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your credentials is your sole responsibility.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any rights or obligations associated with it to any other person.

999gd reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the 999gd platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

• Supported Payment Methods: 999gd currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at 999gd's discretion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of the transfer being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same Account. 999gd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. 999gd reserves the right to delay, freeze, or decline any transaction that triggers AML review protocols, and may request additional supporting documentation before processing.
• Currency: All amounts are displayed and processed in ৳ BDT. 999gd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of Players.

999gd offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been fully met. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be limited to new registrations, specific payment methods, or specific games, as stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any unconverted Bonus Funds remaining in your Account after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at a higher rate than table games, live casino games, or sports betting. The contribution rate applicable to each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 999gd reserves the right to cancel or reverse any bonus, and to close any Account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk or no-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 999gd platform:

• Game Availability: 999gd reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game or betting market from the platform at any time without notice.
• Result Finality: All game outcomes and betting results are final once settled by the platform. Results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or, in the case of sports betting, by the outcome of the relevant event as confirmed by official sources.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game or bet, 999gd will endeavour to resolve the matter in a fair and equitable manner. Bets placed or winnings generated during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at 999gd's discretion.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market on the platform has defined minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface and are subject to change.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by 999gd where the event is abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account.
• Sports Betting Markets: For live sports betting, including BPL, IPL, T20, and other cricket events, odds may change in real time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds applied to that bet regardless of subsequent market movements, except where stated otherwise in the specific market rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999gd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including operating the account on behalf of a third party.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical, electronic, or artificial means to interact with the platform, including to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or harvest promotional value.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical bugs, or unintended game behaviour to generate profits beyond those achievable through normal gameplay.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the 999gd platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise gain access to the source code or underlying infrastructure of the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999gd support staff or other Players via any communication channel.

999gd is committed to promoting a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We strongly encourage all Players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders directly through the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits and Reality Checks: Players may configure session duration limits and reality check notifications that appear at regular intervals during gameplay to provide an overview of time and money spent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion via the Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During an active self-exclusion, the Account will be locked and no deposits will be accepted.
• Account Cooling-Off: A shorter temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days is available for Players who wish to pause play without committing to a full self-exclusion.

All content on the 999gd platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 999gd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 999gd.
• Use any 999gd trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that implies affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from 999gd.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 999gd and its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999gd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether 999gd had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 999gd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Damages arising from system downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to platform availability.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 999gd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

999gd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 999gd.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 999gd includes, but is not limited to, identity documents submitted for KYC verification, payment transaction records, device and browser information, and gameplay history. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of platform services.

999gd will not sell or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) solely to the extent necessary to deliver platform services.

999gd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 999gd will provide reasonable notice to active Account holders via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 999gd operates with the intent of complying with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to the jurisdictions in which it provides services.

In the event of a dispute between you and 999gd, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. 999gd will acknowledge receipt of a written complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it through good-faith mediation before resorting to any other form of legal proceedings.
